Car rentals:

Car rentals require a valid drivers license and passport. Nearly every town has a car rental company, as does the airport of course. Bus: Riding the bus on Corfu poses no problem whatsoever and it's cheap too. That said, it's advisable to take delays and deviations from scheduled times into account when planning any trips. Incidentally, Corfiots are prone to react with aversion and lack of comprehension when confronted with the typically western european -stress attitude-.

Taxis:

Compared to Germany taxis are cheap, but one should insist on seeing the taxometre just to avoid any further complications. Money: Banks equipped with ATM's can be found in all larger towns and tourist orientated villages.
